The studio flats open space flats of approximately 40 sqm, equipped with independent kitchen, private terrace, large bathroom with dressing room, armoured door, sleeping area with single bed, study area and living area for maximum comfort and functionality.
In the "shared solution", every apartment is composed by two bedrooms, each one with its own bed, studying area and private kitchen. Rooms overlook a lobby which gives access to a shared bathroom.
The Virtual Single K solution consists of two rooms: one has a large living area and kitchen; the other has a large double bedroom. The bathroom, preceded by the anteroom, is for exclusive use.
